Future Of Golf Here Now

Ask the average person why he or she doesn't take up the game of golf and the first excuse is usually...it takes to long or I don't have enough time, followed by...it's to difficult & to expensive!

Ask average golfer's what they want from today's modern golf game and the overwhelming response is...A Quicker...Affordable & Less Frustrating golfing experience!

Can the Traditional style championship golf course & game really satisfy the needs of the modern average golfer and hope to attract new golfer's to the game...the answer is...NO!

Why?

Because the Traditional style championship golf course takes to long to play (4-6 hours avg.), costs to much to play ($40-$75 avg.) and is to difficult/frustrating for the average golfer at best.

The idea is to attract new golfer's...not push them away!

Today's uncertain economy, fuel costs, constrained lifestyles and shrinking expendable income has turned the full-sized golf course of our father's era, into the SUV of the past...to Big...to Costly...to Wasteful!
Let's quit kidding ourselves, for the game to grow we need to address the need for a "Hybridized"...quick...cheap & enjoyable golf game...something the golf industry has yet to fully comprehend.

How can we open the game up to more people?

To make the golf game play quicker we could shorten the golf course. If we use the Executive or Mid-Length golf course as the standard, we could then play 18 holes in 2-3 hours at a much reduced cost. The problem is that the regulation golf ball goes to far, limiting the club selection, par value & challenge.

The new Hybrid golf ball.

Now what if we could produced a lighter-weight Hybrid-length (limited-flight) golf ball with the same playing characteristics as the standard golf ball.
A new hi-performance floating ball scaled-in-distance to match the compact course, wouldn't injure golfer's or damage the course and give all golfer's the big course experience.

Yes, that would work......and this is exactly what we have done!

Consider: The New Pointfive Hybrid "Crossover" Golf Ball

What does this mean for the future golf course?

It gives architects, builder/developers much more latitude for true "Green Design" in course and community development, through the utilization of new eco-sensitive & hydo-saving materials and techniques. Allows for limited-land usage, in reducing the old-style standard "SUV" 120-200 acre tract, to a more sustainable, maintainable & playable, "Hybrid" 45-75 acre course. Provides a much more inviting & enjoyable golfing experience, appealing to a greater percentage of golfer and novice.

The evolving Hybrid course & growing the game.

Establishes a golf game with new opportunities for growth and answers the main objections in expanding the game...Time...Cost & Difficulty!

Is the Hybrid golf game the answer for everyone?

No, it's not and was never intended to be...ego golfer's need not apply!
But, for the open-minded golfer who can get past the "tradition thing", it's...the perfect venue...quick...cheap & fun!

Are you really enjoying you're golfing experience?

Well, if you're like many average golfers we hear from..."where golf is more like Work than Recreation", then the answer is ...NO! Anyway...who said golf had to be so darn difficult?

Here's a suggestion.

Try the new Pointfive Hybrid golf ball and bring the fun & satisfaction back into your game!
